We have a 100% No Questions Asked Return Policy
At LYL, we value all our customers and therefore offer a 14 day 100% no questions asked return policy. If for some reason, your item is not what you wanted, you can email us via the email link on our website within 14 days of receiving your product to let us know you’ll be returning the item.
We will then give you the returns address. Once we receive the item back in immaculate condition, we will happily refund your purchase. No questions asked!

Our Return & Refund Policy:To be eligible for a refund, items must not have be on sale and you must contact us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing.
If you write in a journal, you will not receive a refund or replacement.
If you are missing items from your order it is your responsibility to let us know within 3 days of receiving your order.
The shipping cost to return the item will be your responsibility only.
The returned items needs to be received within 30 days of receiving the returns address. If the items are not received within 30 days, the refund will not be given.
The returned item must be in immaculate resale condition to be eligible for a refund, therefore, we suggest sending it using a tracking service and in its original packaging. Please include your original packing slip so we can track your return and refund you promptly.

Our Damages & Replacement Policy:
Any damages must be reported within first 3 days after receiving your item. Damage reported after this time, will be considered customer damage and therefore not be refunded.
We require all damaged items to be returned before we send out a replacement.
In the event that your product is received damaged we will replace it.
If you choose to return the item instead of a replacement, you will be able to receive a full refund.
Our Undelivered Orders Policy:
Undelivered orders returned to us, due to incorrect address entered at time of ordering, non-collection after repeated attempts for delivery or failure to respond to emails, will be refunded.
If you wish, we can reship your order however you will need to repay the shipping fee.
We recommend carefully checking your order confirmation and advising us of address changes immediately. Please ensure your billing address is the address your card is registered to and be sure to make it clear if the shipping address is different.
