Finding time for ourselves in today’s chaotic society is difficult to say the least. Our health often takes a back seat during the day to day running around we do. Each year it’s the same story. The LYL Wellness Journal combines food and water intake, gratitude, self awareness, exercise, and the concept of whole health (emotional, spiritual, mental and physical) to guide you to the healthiest version of yourself. It requires you to do something for yourself everyday selecting one of the 4 health areas as your focus and this activity can be as short as 15 minutes before bed. Mixing it up from workouts, walks in the park, meditating, drinking wine with friends and learning something new is what LYL prescribes as the best remedy. The 4 weekly checks allow you to monitor your progress and ensure you are focusing on each area of your health evenly. It will take you on a journey of self discovery, allowing you to find your true self and embrace all that you are. Here at LYL we believe one size does not fit all and we aim to give you the platform to help you find your greatness and achieve all your health goals. The pages are covered in doodles and patterns for you to colour with the colours that make your soul sing so you can watch your journal come to life as you reconnect with your true self.     Ok so my hubby bought me this journal for Christmas after i dropped so many hints and sent the link and picture numerous times …. I recently got diagnosed with an eating disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder regarding overtraining I’ve been trying to heal my body back to health and learning to love myself and my body to appreciate my self worth and this journal was a stepping stone to that it’s helped me massively with the colouring for my anxiety and to appreciate and have positive thoughts everyday, I love writing what I’ve done for myself that day and tracking that I’m eating well, this journal has helped me massively and it has only been a week in I can’t thank Kelly enough for designing this masterpiece , thank you so much

    I started my journal on the first of Jan and I’m obsessed with it. I show it to everyone I know. I find it so inspiring. I’m currently half way through chemotherapy and I can honestly say this has changed my outlook in just 6 days. It inspires me to get out of bed even when I’m not feeling great.     I bought myself one of these in October and decided to wait till the new year to start it. I had a day before Christmas that I felt really inspired to write it in my journal but apart from that one day I decided to wait and I’m glad I did. It’s so good filling it in each day and writing your day down so you can look back. I love having to find something to be grateful for each day as it makes me focus on the positive side of things.     I decided to take the plunge and purchase a LYL journal – after reading Kelly’s story how could I not – WOW what an inspirational women she truly is!! Eagerly awaiting my journal to arrive it, it finally did on 10th Jan, I didn’t want to ruin the gorgeous box/paper it was wrapped in…..just so perfect. I opened the first page and it became very dusty in the room, by the last page I could hardly read what was written xx
    2016 was one of my worst years, I wanted to be a lot more positive about myself and life in general…..I know that completing a journal and making “My Story” is certainly going to help not just me, but my 2 gorgeous Boys and my partner.

    The journal is so lovely. Beautifully designed and presented. Lots of colouring to do so makes you take some time for yourself. I started mine at the begining of the year in an effort to make 2017 my year. Change is on the horizon for me and I know I need a little bit of perspective from time to time so taking pleasure in the everyday times is important when everything else seems so overwhelming. The constant presence from Kelly on facebook and intsagram is really inspiring too! So pleased to be a part of it!
