So many of you have expressed an interest in learning to meditate, and as you know, I tend not to advocate the use of apps. I like the experience to be from within. I have taken some time this morning to look for a few places around the UK in the hope that some are within travelling distance for all your #serenebeans

A campaign run by the Mental Health Foundation to allow people to experience the health benefits of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Courses nationwide. Completely secular and science-based.

Classes are available up and down the country. Costly but can be a good introduction.

Akanishta Kadampa Meditation Centre  РCheltenham
