How can you love yourself?

The million dollar question!

Through asserting ourselves daily, spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically we all have the ability to find true happiness. Only when we learn to connect with our true selves can we achieve optimum health. One size does not fit all.

We are unique.

Too often we see our individuality as a weakness doing all we can to fit into a mould set by the media. What we fail to realise is that it is our oneness; our originality that is our super power.

Be whole, wholeheartedly, be you.

OUR PHYSICAL HEALTH

When we educate ourselves on how our body works, the fuel we need and the most effective way to train, we can find a way to exercise from a place of love rather than loathe. Our physical health is important, and closely linked to our mental health, but this is only ever going to improve if we have a full understanding of our body.

Respect your body

It can often be through self loathe that we approach fitness, and by doing this we already create a mental block before we begin. Instead of running from who we are, we should accept it and work on being the healthiest version of that, and do it in a way that feels good for us.
